Presumption of innocence
Bookings and charges are allegations. Nobody shown on this site has been found guilty unless a court says so. Don't call people guilty or say they deserve punishment.
Keep it factual
Comment on what's in the public record. Don't accuse anyone of unrelated conduct or crimes that aren't part of the record.
No threats or violence
No threats, wishes of harm, or encouragement of violence against anyone.
No private information
Never post addresses, phone numbers, emails, workplaces, family details, or anything that could help someone find or contact a person.
No harassment or hate
No slurs, hate, targeted insults, or calls to contact, visit, or pile on anyone.
No spam or links
Links and promotions may be held for review.
How moderation works
An automatic check may hold or block comments. It isn't perfect, so staff review held and reported comments and make the final decision. Staff can hide comments, close discussions and suspend commenting privileges. Records that are removed or suppressed have their discussion closed.
