MPD Announces Two Arrests in Kenilworth Avenue Double Homicide

Metropolitan Police arrested 18-year-old Antonio Terry and 20-year-old Markell Woodings in connection with an April shooting in Northeast D.C. Both men are charged with two counts of first-degree murder while armed.
