Oregon Man Charged with Federal Kidnapping Offense After Missing Child Located by Law Enforcement

Vince Edgar Chavez, 36, of Oregon City, was arrested and charged with kidnapping a minor following a federal criminal complaint. Law enforcement officials located the missing child after the incident.
